Chester is beginning to turn gray on his face, but according to his vet records his is only 6 years old.The previous owner surrendered Chester and Misty (#1879) to Animal Control. He said he could no longer keep them due to having back surgery. Animal control turned them over to rescue.Chester was an outside dog in his former home so he is not house trained. His foster home will be working on his manners inside the house.
