These little guys are looking for a foster home . . . The Animal House is desperately seeking caring families that are willing to take one or more cats or kittens into their homes on a foster basis. We are a new rescue, just formed in July, and we started out by taking 34 cats and kittens from another rescue that was struggling to make ends meet. Several of our foster homes are busting at the seams with cats, and we would like to find additional places to care for them until they can be adopted. Animal House provides all medical care for our fosters. We occasionally have carriers, litterboxes, or feeders that can be loaned out with fosters. The foster families are responsible for food, litter, and love. Oh, and we are a new and different kind of rescue with foster homes that are open to the public. We like our prospective adopters to visit our cats and kittens in their foster homes so they can see how well socialized they are. None of our cats or kittens (with the exception of medical quarantines) are ever caged. They all have free roam with our kids, dogs, and other animals. If you have room to care for even one cat, and you want to work with a rescue that is trying to raise the bar for other rescues, then please join us!
