Okay guys, I am really bummed now ... you see I was adopted and finally thought that I found a new home, but they had to bring me back because the other kitty of the house was beating me up. Didn't much care for getting beat up, however I just feel like I have been adandoned again! Will I ever find my forever home???? Hi there everyone! My name is Yara and I am a female tortie cat that is 9-10 months old. I was found by the staff one morning at the back door where I had been abandoned. How could my family have done this to me? I am still just a baby and they just up and left me without another word. I didn't do anything wrong and I am very confused by this whole situation. A shelter is a pretty scary place for a young gal with all of the unfamiliar sounds, sights and smells. I can hear dogs barking and there are a lot of other cats in here too. I have found out from talking to some of my neighbors that all of us are 'in the same boat' now - no matter how we came to be here. Our new world for now is the inside of a cage - except for a few minutes of play when the volunteers come to visit. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but I just want to be back in a real home. I am a sweet little girl that loves to be hugged and kissed and I want to have that every single day!
