If you want to meet me, come by the PetValu in Gettysburg I am in one of the "Cages of Hope", hoping to find my forever home!!! I have heard through the grapevine that most people love Peanut Butter! I hope that they will feel the same about me since that is my name! I am a lovely female tortoiseshell cat that is about one year old. I was found as a stray in Huntington Township before being brought to the shelter. Even though I may not have had to deal with some of the worst weather of the year, it was still very scary being out there all alone. I was so hungry that I was scrounging scraps from wherever I could find them. Since coming here I have felt very safe and secure and now I have been moved up to adoption. It is like 'graduation day' when you get moved and have a second chance to find a real forever home. I even got to be out of my cage for awhile with the volunteers, although I was not crazy about having my picture taken! Now I just have to hope that my special someone comes through that door real soon!
