Well hello there fellas! My name is Miss Kitty and I am a lovely 3-4 year old female calico cat. It seems that my story is such a common one, that it is hard for me to stand out in the crowd of cats and kittens. Yes, you guessed it, I was found as "just another stray cat". I know that there are stray dogs as well, but it seems that there are waaay more of us kitties without a home. Why do so many people consider us to be less important, more able to take care of ourselves or disposable? Why are there so many irresponsible people out there that will not get their cats spayed or neutered to prevent all of the hundreds of unwanted kittens being born year after year? I can tell you from my experience that I certainly did not want to live outside without anyone to care for me. I love people and I don't want to have to struggle just to survive. I want my very own family that will love me forever!
